Super great for daycare classrooms
Love this product! My class loves picking the pieces and sorting them in the different colors. We only do colors since they are to young so I ended up gluing the bottom piece down in the cups because when they dumped it the bottom fell out with it. But not a huge deal if you are using it for both shapes and colors. I do wish it came with 2 poles instead of one and I wish the shapes had the magnet on both sides. Especially for younger kids they don’t really get that it needs to be flipped over on the magnet side in order for it to work. I also use the cups alone with different materials to sort so it’s a great tool to have and super durable.

Very small pieces
I wouldn’t give to a child under 2. The pieces are really small and easy to fit in their mouth.

Great Montessori style toy
My autistic son loves this toy. So many ways to sort the shapes using the box – which has a lid you can flip for different sorting options, as well as little heavy duty cards for different patterns the child can follow. Great toy with a variety of ways to use it.

its just a collection of items that are in sets of 5 with 2 possible matches. its either by color or by shape which my 3 year old got tired of very quickly. played with it once or twice and then stopped.

Great sturdy product
As an early intervention speech pathologist I think this is a great purchase for teaching your children colors and sorting shapes. The only downfall I would have is that I wish that the lid would slide and not just come off. It’s just harder to control the items since they are not securely in.

Great gift!
I can’t explain enough how much I love this product. I am very much into getting educational, wooden toys for my children and foster children. This checks all of my boxes. For children who don’t know colors and shapes yet, they can work on fine motor skills by putting the pieces into the holes. Once they get a hang of that, you can move onto colors, and then onto shapes! The pieces are small but they’re not too small where I worry about my 2-year-old having it unattended (however, she also doesn’t put things in her mouth.) Would definitely buy this again.

Fun and versatile toy!
My daughter is 18 months and loves this toy. She can use it independently because the top easily comes off. I love that this can be used to sort by color or shape, making it very versatile.

Gift for 22 month Old Granddaughter
I haven’t given it to my granddaughter yet but it seems to be very high quality. All the materials are made of wood and fit together well. I do wish there had been more explanations with the cards that came with the set.

Cute
This is a great toy to start differentiating things for your kid. You can start small by just doing a piece, then you can get more advanced in separating each color and shape separate

Simple and fun
I like the variety of shapes and didn’t have a toxic smell that most toys have when opening. My only dislike is that the top pops off so easily so it would have been nice to be able to lock in place some way. Great interactive play and very durable.

My 2-year-old grandson loves this puzzle game. He plays it every day and sometimes multiple times a day. He calls out the colors and the shapes as he puts them in the correct slot.

Small pieces but wonderful toy for fine motor
I work with kiddos on the spectrum and love toys like these because they are so durable. When I purchased this item they did not have the photos to show how small the pieces were. I was expecting they would be larger for older kiddos to build fine motor so I was a little disappointed the pieces were so small. However, the toy is still a big hit for the kiddos and I like there are several ways to use the shapes and colors to teach skills.I gave it a star down for “Age appropriate” because of the small size I’m not sure I would recommend this for kiddos who put things in their mouth (1-3). This might be more for kiddos around the age of 3-4 who are less likely to mouth the pieces.

My grandson loves it!
This is great for kids to learn their colors and shapes. My grandson plays with this everyday. It would be nice if the top didn’t flip sometimes when you press on the edges. I get why it is designed like it, that way kids can do it themselves but it is still frustrating.

We like this but the lid pops up
This is a good quality toy for the money, and it’s worked well for us to build motor skills and work on colors and shapes, my only complaint is the lid does not latch on, so when the child goes to put the shape in one of the outer slots, the lid will pop up. If they would just design a way to keep that from happening I’d give it five stars. However I wouldn’t let that stop you from buying it, just something to be cautious with

kids enjoyed it.
great learning toy, the only thing I can say is I wish the lid would stay closed or like a slide-in kind of lid to remain closed while the kids are playing with it. sometimes kids go to insert shape and the lid gets pushed off.

Excellent toy for sorting and fine motor skills
Highly recommend this toy for teaching color sorting and fine motor skills. Yes top comes off easily but I just hold it in place while my son sorts no big deal. Parts are small but my son doesn’t put things in his mouth so for us it was not an issue and I did like that it was small pieces to help him work with his hands more when having to manipulate the pieces to get them in the slot.

Not age appropriate
My 12mo/1yr old puts everything in her mouth. The sorter pieces are quite small she can fit the entire token into her mouth. So if you have a child still in this stage hold off.

Loose top
The top/cover keeps moving and falling off. My 2 year old grandson doesn’t like that. He gets upset when he is trying to put the little chips in the hole and his little hands move the cover and the cover falls off. Wish they could make a different design.

Educational and easy to store makes a great gift (SHAPES SMALL)
I love baby items that are multi purpose. There are many ways to use colors and shapes to teach baby. The slots are open enough for a one year old to figure out how to put in the shapes. However, my son love to take off the top and just put the shapes in any box .if there was a way to slide the top on the box to secure it from babys removing it that would be helpful.I like that there are so many pieces I do need to be carful and play it with baby since the pieces are a bit small for a one year old. They fit in his mouth. The package states 12 months and up but i would suggest 18 months just as a parent.my 3 year old is really into it and can do a lot more with the shape sorting and the pattern making aspect of this puzzle. This fits in the diaper bag nicely. However again if the top secured down better i would feel the need to keep the box that it came in to store it.I gave this a four out of five because of the size of the piece and the box top not being secure. overall i would buy again I really like this puzzle toy.Makes a great gift

Love the idea. Just wish the top would slide in and out. If you push on certain areas, turns into a teeter totter and comes right off.
