After you raised your dispute, we will verify according to our Return Policy below and ask for any details if required. Once everything is okay, we will contact you for the confirmation.

If your case is eligible according to our bellow return/refund policy, you will get your funds back on your Account within 7 – 10 business days after the claim process finishes.

Shipping is free if your order includes at least the stated minimum threshold of eligible items.

Exact amount of transport cost depends on the amount of the purchase, distance of In-Home Delivery, and the size & weight of the package.

Internet-based Track and Trace system :  Online track and trace service to track your consignments from booking to delivery.

Delivery :  Parcel consignments are delivered at your doorstep.

Handling Time :  1 to 3 working days.

Average Delivery Time :  3 to 7 working days for small items, 7 – 14 days for small to medium size furniture, and even 2 – 4 weeks for heavy bulky items including furniture. (within USA)

  • White Glove delivery includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice and removal of packaging. Product is assembled unless otherwise specified.
  • 1-2 days before delivery, you will receive a call with a 2-4 hour delivery time frame. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed
  • Deliveries must be changed or cancelled 3 days before your scheduled delivery date to avoid a $35 rescheduling fee.
  • Driver will not move existing furniture so please clear the area prior to delivery.
  • Person accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The Long Distance In-Home Delivery charge is a flat rate (per trip) of $399 for unlimited furniture delivered to ZIP codes within the contiguous U.S. that are more than 100 miles from our 36 shipping points.
  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are shipped at international rates; please email us for details.
  • Shipping time is approximately 2-4 weeks, though remote areas may take longer.
  • We partner with a professional shipping company for white-glove deliveries to customers outside our local delivery areas.
  • Our delivery partner will call 1-2 days before delivery with an estimated time of delivery.
  • White Glove delivery includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice and removal of packaging. Product is assembled unless otherwise specified.

Return and Exchange Policy

We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, in our sole discretion within 28 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, including: personalized items, Custom or Made to Order Furniture, items purchased as final sale, store floor samples, live botanicals, cut yardage of fabric, and items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear. Shipping charges are not refundable. Other restrictions may apply.

Return/Exchange reasons can be and limited to:

  • Item not Received: Your ordered item never received due to the reason it may got lost during shipment.

  • Item not as Described: If your received item is different with what you ordered in respect to it’s color, type, size, and material. Please note that you need to provide the proof in this case.
  • Received Item is Damaged: If you received your item is damaged, or faulty, you can apply for return. Please not that you must have a video proof of unboxing of your parcel as a proof.

Also, We ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: In most locations, we offer a pick up service. You will be informed by our team when you submit a return request.

  • Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, you need to ship it by your own, and have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. For a successful pick up, we will initiate a doorstep refund for the return amount into the refund mode selected at the time of initiating the return request. This doorstep refund may not be applicable for some pin codes in which case refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • Wax candles, Wall stickers, Precious Jewelry, Sunglasses, Deodorants, Perfumes, All Cleaning, Painting & Decor supplies (like mops/brooms, dustpans, paints, brushes, wallpapers, wall paintings etc.), Baby: Bathing and Accessories including FMCG; Diapering (Pads, Covers, Nappy Liners, Wet Wipes); Feeding Bottles, Breastfeeding products, Teethers; Baby Personal Care; Baby Hair & Skin Care Products, Gold Coins / Gold Vedhanis / Gold Chips / Gold Bars / Silver Coins / Silver Bars / Silver Chips / Silver Bullion, etc cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Some products like home improvement supplies (drilling machines & accessories), Mopping supplies, Ladders (step & telescopic), fasteners & hooks, Pet – Habitats & Supplies, Apparel & Leashes, Training & Behaviour Aids, Toys, Aquarium Supplies such as Pumps, Filters and Lights, Baby: Toys, Prams, Strollers, Carriers; Baby Utensils & Feeding Sets, Baby Apparel, Diaper Bags; Baby Furniture, Nursery Decor,  and selected products which are susceptible to damage can only be returned within 10 days after delivery. Some products have different parameters for return. Please contact our support team to know the number of days upto which a product can be returned/exchanged, post-delivery.

  • Furniture, All Plumbing, Kitchen & Bath fixtures (like Taps, Faucets, Bath hardware, sinks etc.), Safety & Security systems (Safes, Home security systems, Door locks), Sweeping cloths & wipes, Hot water dispensers, Building materials, Dimmer & Lighting controls, cord & power management, All kitchen appliances (like Mixer grinders, Juicers, Blenders, Food Processors, Toasters, Induction, Rice Cookers, Oven toaster grills, etc.) and home appliances (like Fans, Coolers, Water Heaters, Irons, Air purifiers, Humidifiers, Vacuums, etc.) can only be replace within 3 days post-delivery.

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. necklace must be packed in the original necklace box).

  • Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.

  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

  • We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User

  • If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

  • If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.

  • Note: Customized / Personalized items can’t be refunded. These items are only exchanged only if naturally damaged.

Proof of purchase is required to issue an exchange, credit or refund for eligible items. We will accept the following as proof of your purchase:

  • Original Receipt (this includes printed store or gift receipt, eReceipt, or electronic order confirmation)
  • Packing Slip
  • Order Number
  • Gift Registry Number

We can also verify proof of purchase by looking up your original receipt using your credit card used at the time of purchase, or the email address used to receive an eReceipt.

We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase.

Items must be returned to the store brand where the purchase originated or by mail (if the item was ordered online or by phone and received by mail). Purchases made outside the U.S. may only be returned to the purchase location.

We will issue a credit or refund in one of the following ways:

  • With proof of purchase, the item purchase price will be refunded in the original form of payment(cash refunds are limited to $100 in store with any balance refunded as a check by mail). Where some or all of a purchase was made using a Gift Card or Merchandise Credit, a new Gift Card or Merchandise Credit will be issued, respectively.
  • With a Gift Receipt or Gift Packing Slip, the item purchase price will be refunded by a Merchandise Credit.
  • When the Gift Registry Number is presented without proof of purchase, the item’s current selling price will be refunded by a Merchandise Credit.
  • Any shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Also, customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please note that our offer of Free Shipping does not cover shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges. These costs will apply to all products, including those initially shipped for free, and will be as outlined in our Shipping Rates & Policies below.

To return items by mail, you can use our raise a ticket from your account section.

  • Start the online return with your order number and shipping ZIP code
  • Select eligible items to return and tell us why you’re returning them
  • We will send you the FedEx shipping label, you need to print it. (you pay return shipping or get deducted from your purchased funds)
  • Pack up your item(s)
  • Drop off at any FedEx store or Narvar Concierge Drop Off location
  • Track your return easily online
  • Once we receive your eligible return, your refund will post to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

These special-order items are made to your individual specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, if a custom or personalized item (including fabrics and frames that differ from our stock items) arrives with a manufacturing defect or with damage caused during transit, we will repair or replace the defective item or damaged area. If that is not possible, we will arrange an exchange. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.
