Elegant with an expensive look and feel
Its simple, elegant design and heavy, substantial feel make this a great. I got the black with gold face and it gives the bedside table a very upscale look. It would also look great on the counter in a bathroom. The most impressive thing is how heavy it is — a wonderful surprise in a world of cheap, plastic things. I’ll probably buy more (there are 3 colors) because the packaging is attractive enough for a nice gift.

Nice clock
We recently upgraded our cable box for our tv and the clock went away. WELL, we were lost without it! haha. We didn’t want to have to check the time ON THE TV by switching the remote so I looked for a nice quiet clock that would fit nicely in our credenza. This fit the spot perfectly. It’s quiet too. Only took one AA battery.

I wish the hands and the time markers had been a different color than the shinny strange salmon color they are. If I could see them in the dark, then it would have been OK–but I can’t.

My runs about 20 seconds fast a day. Not really acceptable for quartz clock IMO. Looks nice, solid consruction, crappy quartz

The clock was a little larger than I expected but it fits my decor very nicely. I don’t recommend it for places with small kids because the hands are exposed. There is no cover on the face. It’s meant to be placed on a shelf out of the way. It’s got good weight for the size. The hands are easy to read in dim light. I highly recommend it.

I received this clock today. The wrapping was superb and done with care. I couldn’t wait to open the box to see my clock! It’s like every day is Christmas when you order from Sah Creatives! Anyway, I love this clock! The color is a light grey with gold-colored hands. A single AA battery fits in the back. What I love about this clock is that it’s simple to operate. There is also a small wheel in the back to set the time.I am very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful Mid-Century Design
This is a very handsome, distinctive clock. It sits on the shelf beneath the TV, and now we can easily see the time from across the room. Also, this black clock with gold hands fits perfectly with our Mid-Century decor, it seems like it was missing before. The clock is sturdy and well made, and we’re very happy with it. Accuracy if fine so far, but it has a 2-year warranty, so that’s a plus. Also, it comes without a cover over the battery, another plus as far as we’re concerned. We highly recommend.

Attractive, Simple and Functional Design
I was looking for a simple design with a clock face that would be easy to read from across the room. I found this clock to be just what I wanted: a good size for a desktop clock, attractive, with a sleek and simple design, easy to read from across the room (not having a glass face that reflects light was a bonus), and an accurate movement that keeps time. It is also easy to adjust the time (having just done so for Daylight Savings Time!) and deal with batteries.

I have had the clock for only 5 days, but so far I like it. If something changes my view, I will update the review. The heft is great, the look is great. I am fine with not having a “window” on the front. My use is day time, so for that, it is great. Another version I got and returned was digital and lit, so worked well at night, byt the digits were “washed out” in day time. I am still tweaking it to not gain or lose time.

Not actually silent, but still better than ticking
I cannot stand the ticking of regular clocks. I was excited when I read the word “silent” in this product, however it is not completely silent. The sound it makes is kind of like how a constantly rotating second hand would sound, rather than a ticking movement second hand. Although it isn’t silent, it is more of a consistent sound so it’s less bothersome to me; I’ll be keeping it. Things I noted from other reviews that are true: the back is exposed (no cover over battery), there is no glass protecting the hands (adds to the style though). Easy to read and stylish.

Lovely clock but
It’s a very nice clock and very well made, very sturdy. My problem with it is at night you cannot see the hands to tell the time. I watch tv in the dark and don’t have lights on, waste of electricity…. anyway I have to shine a flashlight on it to see what time it is…………… the rose gold just doesn’t show up even at dusk very well. I probably would have returned it but I tossed the packaging so will keep it but already looking for something else. If those hands had that illumination stuff painted on them would have given this 5 stars across the board.

Cute from a distance
This clock is cute from across the room, but up close you can tell the rose gold was hand-painted over the black, and not quite neatly. Also, when I’m within 6 ft of it I can hear it running. It’s not an annoying ticking like a lot of battery operated clocks, but I can still hear it. Granted … I have very good hearing, so your mileage may vary.
