nice dollhouse
for the price i couldnt go wrong. i ordered 3. however, one box i opened had a slight mold issue. customer service was great. they replaced it. however, when opening the “new” box, it was apparent after taking out the parts that this was a returned item from someone else that they sent me. i needed it quickly at that point for a gift so i just kept it.once it was put together it was beautiful. still….it was a “used” item no doubt.

Difficult to assemble
It’s a nice house, but was very difficult to put together. The tools necessary to put together we’re not included and sometimes aren’t easy to fit together. It’s nice that it’s together though

This dollhouse is perfect! Our three year old loves it so much! Husband and son out it together Christmas Eve and it went pretty smoothly after getting off to a rough start! Please do yourself a favor and download the app for instructions before you do anything else. It’s tells you about the app on the paper instructions but not very prominently. Once I read the reviews after the rough start, I told them about the app other reviews mentioned and it was easy to put together from there. I would recommend an electric screwdriver. We only had a manual one and a drill that stripped a screw leaving a lose panel. But overall the quality is excellent and easy to put together…with the app!! It’s also very tall so will gets lots of use as our daughter grows!

Look at photos
We love this house. 6 months of constant use here. Directions could be better. I screwed up a few times putting things in the wrong direction. So – advice – is to look at these photos during process so you know which way they go. If I wouldn’t have screwed up a few times I would of had this thing done in less than an hour

This is an adorable, huge dollhouse and I love it! Bought it for my grandkids who are at this time much too small to enjoy it. This piece of furniture will last for years! If you’re thinking about purchasing this for your littles, notice in the pictures posted that toddlers can’t even see the top level. I may or may not have bought this for me.. 🤣 I downloaded the app which provided 3D pictures to assemble. I highly recommend assembling with it, if I didn’t have it, I think that I would’ve been lost. All in all this is a great set with cute furniture! I’m still looking for a family to live in the home.. Thinking about the Calico Critters as a different family could be in each room but not sure if they’re big enough. (Update American Girls mini was a good size and I went with them). Last word is that the circular shape thing is a cake. I looked high and low trying to figure out where it belonged, until I noticed a picture of it in the reviews sitting on the table. Thank you for a beautiful piece our family will enjoy it for years!

Great Dollhouse!!
I love this dollhouse! We gifted it to our 5 year old a few weeks ago and she loves it too. It’s just the right size for her and perfect for her dolls. This house was super easy to install, I did it alone. Our other kidkraft dollhouse our 11 year old has was a nightmare to put together, so I for sure have a reference point. It comes with super cute furniture, though it is a bit plain. The best part is I only paid 61.00 plus tax for it used in excellent condition! I would say this is a great option to save a lot of money on toys your kids will love that are generally more expensive. This is one of my favorite kidkraft purchases yet!

Adorable
First of all it’s adorable but I also had issues with it being damaged. The floors were warped. SAH Creatives sent a new house and I returned the other one. My point is don’t wait to the last minute to put together. I didn’t because I read other reviews with issues. I wanted to put it together to take to my granddaughters house.Directions were a bit confusing at first. I think the hardest part was figuring out which was the first two pieces to put together! Everything is clearly marked. I just pulled up the color picture of what I ordered and used that to follow along. Don’t tighten the level you’re working on until everything Is lined up.I put it together by myself. A drill driver will make it go after if you have one and a stubby screw driver helps.Big hit with my 4 year old!

Very Cute House
Very cute house. Took me a while to put it together because the instructions just showed pictures instead of word instructions. I received the living room table, but the top of the table was missing. Everything else was good. Daughter loves the house.

Although directions were a bit difficult , we got it put together,and its so much nicer than it looked in pictures.Grand daughters love it. Furnature is adorable and theres plenty of it. Seems very well made,not cheap plastic.

My 2ed doll house form kids kraft 1st on had all the little accessories was missing so I pack it up and sent it back witch is a huge hassle in it self . The doll houses are not light each house is at less 50lbs . And I got a bad back already but it was for my baby girls Xmas gift so I pull through it . Reorder a different one and now everything there but all the main platform bords are twisted like and of course I did not even notice I was in the process of painting and tapping them off when my husband notice it . And told me I was so upset I already started painting this and through out the box mind you I been working on painting and tape off for last few day as I’m busy and only had a few minutes here and there to work on it. So now I’m screwed and out of luck there’s no way I can make this work and because I already started painting it I’m sure they would not take it back anyways . Not to mention the hassle of packing it all back up and getting it to a ups store. I’m so upset this was a main gift for my little girl . I was putting my own little touches on it for her it was supposed to be a gift of love. .. with moms hard work of making it just what she was wishing for . … so after I had a anxiety attack and broke down crying for 20 min only thing I can do is share my experiences with you all . I try my best to show I’m photos but it dose not show how truly bad the bowing is. In person there’s no way of fixing it ….I’m going to have one said little girl Christmas morning 😔 😢 😡 ***The doll house would of been a 5 🌟 if bords was straight…..kidskraft please fix this problem and make it right im struggling mother and can afford to waste money on unusable doll houses…. I will update if they fix the problem…***UPDATE ***I reach out to kid kraft customer service and was able to provide proof/photos of damaged and proof of sale and was told I would be ship replacement parts via FedEx.I have not got the replacement part yet but when I do I will update againMy plan is to customize this doll house for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas 🤶

Christmas deal
I got this for the super deal of 37.99. I actually figured it was a mistake and the order would be cancelled. But I received it before Christmas. This is to keep at my house for my granddaughters to play with when they visit. I would have paid this much for a used house so I was thrilled with this new in the box. Everything was in great shape and my son in law didnt have any issue putting it together. I’ve seen prices on this all over the place. Well worth more than I paid.

Very nice dollhouse
I was very hesitant to get this house since there were quite a lot of people complained about how cheaply it was or they were sent the broken box, missing parts,… Since it was on special deal, I gave it a try. The box came in perfect condition, easy to assemble, and looks study enough. Parts of it are real wood, parts of it are partical board. I have no complaints about it. We took a little more than 30 mins to complete it, and then move it to another room for our kid. It looks great! I bought it $38 bucks. What a deal!

USE BILT 3D APP TO ASSEMBLE
So this doll house is awesome and even better because I got it for 38 dollars. The one problem is the set up. The instructions do not make any sense they are too vague. So I downloaded this app called BILT that has a step by step 3d thing to show how to build the house. my fiance was able to set up this house so easily with the app but I dont think it would of been set up right if we didn’t find that app. So make sure you use it!!

Excellent value for childhood memories
This dollhouse is absolutely beautiful! I have boy/girl twins, 3.5 years old. They both play with the dollhouse together for hours every day. We use standard Barbies. After the twins go to bed, I stage the house for a different event each night so that when they wake in the morning, they’re excited to see what’s happening at the Barbie house. And I’m not gonna lie, I think I have just as much fun with it as they do!

Just buy it!
I found this dollhouse for the Black Friday deal and it was 100% worth it!!! It seems to be in great condition and couldn’t believe the price for how much wood the dollhouse had/ how big it is. A normal dollhouse like this (with the furniture that it included) would be easily over $150.00. It only took about 1.5hr to put the actual dollhouse together and all but one piece of furniture was already put together. I added the strip of light for fun! Just buy it. Seriously.

Large dollhouse
My three year old granddaughter loved this for Christmas. It’s big, colorful, and fairly sturdy although the floors and walls are made out of some kind of hard board. I would purchase this again.

It took me around 30 mins to build it. The extra accessories pieces that it comes with it are well build. Overall is and okay product is pretty big. My daughter is 3yrs old n is almost twice her height and she loved it.

Great product for kids 2-8
This is a Christmas present for my grand kids. They love it and the youngest (2 yo) can play with it as well as the 6 year old. They each rearrange the furniture on the levels they can reach and seem to love it. It seems very well made, easy to assemble although it took about 2 hours to get it right. The labeling and instructions leave a bit to be desired, since the instruction booklet only shows the shape, rather that which way the orientation should go. Each of the first 5 pieces must be oriented correctly for the next few pieces to have the right design matching. It is too easy to get pieces upside down or right /left confusion. The good news is you can disassemble those pieces, with minimal effort and figure it out.. The hardware was clearly marked and segregated by type of screw and where each went. In addition, it had a separate packet of “extras” so if you strip one, you have a replacement. The fit and finish , in my opinion, was great. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great dollhouse-Terrible instructions!
Good news: this dollhouse is fantastic! It’s sturdy, the furniture and back ground room and furnishings adorable (it comes with a beachfront view), and my 4 year old daughter was overjoyed to receive it as a Christmas gift! This house will provide her with years of imaginative and dramatic play!Bad news: the instructions are terrible! We had to set it up and take it apart several times to figure out which room goes where because this wasn’t labeled and there is no picture on the box! My advice: look at the picture on SAH Creatives or the company’s website BEFORE tackling this project to head off any confusion and concerns! And a power drill will definitely be more gentle on your wrists!Overall assessment: definitely worth the assembly hassle to see the joy on her little face when seeing this beautiful dollhouse! But the manufacturer should do better by its customers by providing better instructions!

Pretty Decent dollhouse!
Bought this on sale for a great price! Assembly was fine. Bottom corner of the dollhouse had a big split in it near the screw hole.. Will probably fill with wood glue in the future. Then the top portion wasn’t square so the screw holes didn’t line up– utilized my husband’s man strength and we were able to line it up enough to put it together. If I had tried assembly before Christmas Eve I would notice the flaws sooner, ah well. My little lady loves it!

directions
When put together it looks great but the directions for me was a nightmare. I had no pictures to go by since the directions only gives u what number part goes where, but the problem is u don’t know which way the picture is supposed to go. I had to take it apart several times because of having one of the parts backwards. I finally took a picture with my camera on my computer and then I finally got it right after looking at the picture on my cell phone

Big, fun for the grandkids
Like the size and durability, especially for the price. Did not like the assembly instructions. They were hard to follow to get the right walls oriented correctly. You had to see the nuances in the drawings to get it right, which we did not several times. If done correctly, the room walls are nice. Furniture is so-so, and make sure you have dolls on hand to fit it when assembled.
