Love It, Affordable, Sturdy!!
Ok, Adorable dollhouse once assembled!Kind of a nightmare especially at first but I later got into the solving a puzzle part of it and it became kind of fun. Do not attempt the night before Christmas and be sure to have a second set of hand so help hold it in various positions to enable you to do the screws, I was by myself and felt like I was doing yoga:) Use the picture on the box to help out.It seems very sturdy and included furniture is great I’ll buy some more to augment. Fits 4” dolls, my 4 year old granddaughter is still into Little People and it is perfect and will grow with her. Also doesn’t take up the whole living room LOL!I really live it and she will too!!!

Pain in the a** to assemble!
It is a pain to assemble this. It took both me and my husband to assemble this dollhouse together and it took us about 2 hours (he took a little break to eat and I continued to assemble while I waited for him to come back and help me). We resumed assembly and finally got it done. It sure was a pain but the excitement in our daughter’s cute little face was worth it. 👍🏼

Follow the instructions and take your time
Firstly, I added a bunch of photos of how the dollhouse comes and the instructions because I noticed some of the reviews talked about the assembly. Secondly, I purchased this dollhouse because it is very similar to a house I bought from Target, but this one is much more intricate and larger. The house has a great variety of rooms as well. I might also add its a much better price than the Target dollhouse. I really enjoyed putting this dollhouse together. I think looking at it as a project is fun. This house is well made and vibrant in color. The wall pieces have pre-drilled holes to guide assembly. The little furniture has wood and plastic pieces and that adds a bit more interest. The final product is a very nice size for children to play with. I would say that the furniture is smaller than Barbie size. I am very happy I purchased this dollhouse and its much easier to assemble than some other reviews stated.

Cute, but elevator broke within seconds
Let me start out by saying how cute this dollhouse is! It’s all my daughter wanted for Christmas! I would definitely give 5 stars but unfortunately, the other reviews are right about the elevator being difficult. Ours broke within literally seconds of being assembled today on Christmas. It’s so hard to move up and down the track that the little white knob immediately breaks off. Then I tried to help my daughter gently push the elevator up but the whole elevator broke off. That thing wasn’t going to budge once it got part way up or down. Since that is the main moving component of this dollhouse and what my daughter was excited about, I can’t recommend it.Also, the stairs are bent and slope inward with no way to secure them in that area. The toilet having a button and place for batteries but not really working is disappointing, but I had read that beforehand so no surprises there. Would have been a fun accessory if it worked. I know cheaper dollhouses have components like that which make sound so it’s curious they decided to not finish that one out but just slap a sticker over the battery compartment saying no battery required (meaning it doesn’t have the wires inside for it).It gets an extra star for being cute otherwise and sturdy in other parts. Despite the disappointment of the broken elevator, my daughter is having a blast playing with the rest of it today. Not sure if I’ll go through the return hassle or just have a big broken elevator shaft.

Neat doll house but expect an arduous assembly process
Our daughter loves this doll house. It is pretty big and easy for her to reach inside for play. Assembly is a pain but that is to be expected. What I like:1. It is pretty big and fits most figures under the size of a barbie.2. It is sturdy enoigh that it should last years. There are several solid wood cross braces.3. The paint and decals make it look real enough to be fun for the imagination. What I dont like:1. Assembly is a pain. There are quite a few pieces that need to be assembled correctly to avoid damage. We found 2 people were required.2. Not all screw holes line up. This was not an issue as I was able to put screws in at angles but the heads of some screws stick out as a result.

A toy that didn’t exist when growing up
Cute dollhouse for 3 yr old. Took a couple of hours to construct (took a break). Easy to construct as long as you pay close attention to the instructions. Had to take out screws a couple of times 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Overall am glad we bought the product and the little people that fit in the house. The elevator is not too sturdy but we knew this before buying the dollhouse. Word of advice. “ pay attention to the pictorial instructions provided

Can’t wait!
After having to order a second dollhouse because the first one got lost in transit, I started today annoyed at this one. I quickly changed my tune. The box came in good shape and the handle on the side was much appreciated! Kuddos to whomever added that detail. House was packaged nice and neat with NO styrofoam! Again, much appreciated. Directions were mostly easy to follow, but if done thoroughly, will take you over and hour. Once together it is adorable and I can’t wait to surprise my daughter today! Easter Bunny is going to bring accessories, mommy wanted credit for this one. lol

My daughter loves it
It took me a couple of hours to put it together and it’s easier if someone is helping you hold parts while you’re putting in screws. A couple pieces didn’t line up right in some areas but not noticeable, just have to be careful when moving it. Adults find more faults and imperfections than kids so as long as she has no complaints, neither do I

Definitely worth the money! Sturdy & exactly as shown.
Exactly as shown. The elevator doesn’t work as well as I’d hoped but it does function. I imagine it will be the only thing that breaks on this dollhouse. It is very sturdy and once put together is fantastic. My 2.5 year old loves it! It does take quite a while to put together and I’m very handy. There is a screw & step missing for the top railing in the bedroom. Not the end of the world, I used my own screws to make it stay in place.Overall I’m very happy with this product. Especially the thickness of the walls and floors. Definitely worth the money. Keep in mind the time it takes to put together.

best toy to have fun with imagination
This doll house is currently my 2 years old daughter’s absolute favorite. It stand just about her height, which make play pretend more realistic. The walls of each room is very colorful and illustrated with much detail making the house very attractive to kids. She constantly moves the furniture around to create a different interior design and pretends that it’s her actual living environment where her dolls resembled herself and mommy. I think her interaction with the toy helps her to make sense of the world as well as putting herself in other people shoes. She moves the mommy doll around pretending she cleaning. It gives her a sense of responsibility or at least mommy’s responsibility. Toys like this one, which helps to introduce the concept that one thing can be another, aids in children’s understanding. In another word, not only was it fun to interact with, but it aids in her intellectual development as well.

Sweet Doll House
I purchased this wooden dollhouse for my daughter after watching her lovingly play with one at the library for ages. I put this together myself over the course of a few hours (it likely would have taken less time if I didn’t have a three-year-old “helping” but even so, it was doable.) There were MANY pieces but they were all individually labeled with easy-to-read number stickers that were referenced in the instructions, so there was no guessing what pieces were what. The matching furniture that comes with it is very cute and matches the “decor” of the house perfectly, which I very much appreciate NOT being all pink everything. My daughter was thrilled to “decorate” when I finished building. Both my kids have enjoyed playing with this together and I can see it being a well-loved and well-used toy for years to come.

Its nice but wouldnt buy again
The media could not be loaded.
It looks really nice overall. Small issues with alignment of holes. And missing holes for screws to go into. My major issues were with the banister for the top of the staircase. I still havent figured out how im going to make it sturdy being that it only allows for a screw at one side. The othe other issue is the elevator is very hard to move up and down. My kids probably wont be able to use it or will end up breaking it. The elevator was a main reason i picked this dollhouse so yeah pretty annoyed about that.

Great product
This is a wonderful product that arrived all intact with no damage. Shipping was a few days longer then expected but it’s worth the wait. This is a wood product. Built well, takes a little time to assemble but if you take your time and do it right it has lasted almost a year now. Many hours of fun a design with this house for my 4 and 5 yr old grand daughters. Thanks for a great product. A bit pricy it it is well built.

Nice dollhouse
This house was pretty easy to put together, every piece was labeled, including the bags of screws. We were missing one screw but it hasn’t impacted the play. There were a few points when two people/sets of hands made it easier to complete but most was done by one person. I like that the printed rooms weren’t overly pink and girly like some dollhouses. I did get the house when it was on a lightning deal so the price was lower but it seems worth the price so far.The only things I did not like we’re that the sticker labels don’t come off cleanly from some pieces, like the furniture and the elevator is loud when going up and down. My kids don’t seem to mind, though, they enjoy it.

Good enough
I wouldn’t say it’s that easy to assemble but doable. Took me about an hour and 40 mins. Seems decent. Niece loves it. Perfect for lol dolls. Could use more furniture. The pieces were all here but some things didn’t fit together nicely. I’d say it’s not worth the 114 we paid for it but more of 80ish.

Cute Once Assembled
Initially I was irritated at just how many pieces it came with that needed to be constructed but overall it wasn’t as difficult as I assumed it would be. It probably would have taken less than an hour if my 3yr old wasn’t “helping” me but even then it would have been longer than expected.4 stars because some holes didn’t match up great so had to use a little force to get screws in and a part of the stairway doesn’t attach to the floor above leaving it to move freely rather than be stationary.Overall, cute doll house that my 3yr old enjoys.

Cute & Sturdy
There was a coupon on it so ours ended up being $80. Large, sturdy dollhouse for that price. It took me 2 hours to assemble, you need only one Philip’s head screwdriver. Definitely follow the directions carefully, I crossed off each step as I completed it with a highlighter, just helped me to stay on track. There is an instructional video available, which sounded like it helped a lot of reviewers. One woman gave advice about the staircase which was very helpful to me:When installing the THIRD floor, attach the “wall” to the floor FIRST, then set the whole thing in place onto the building, MAKING SURE THE TOP FLAP of your STAIRCASE is on TOP of the FLOOR. It doesn’t specify that, but that reviewer saved me a headache. That is what stabilizes the staircase.ELEVATOR: Many complaints that it is not smooth, hard to move, and the round handle breaks off because of the force required. I read those beforehand and mine was the same. I took a piece of sand paper and sanded the inside edges of the plastic track a little bit (not too much, or it will fall out of the track) Then I rubbed just a very little bit of Vaseline inside the track, and worked the whole thing back and forth several times- this helped A LOT! You might have to apply that again later on once in awhile, but not a huge deal.VERY STURDY, pretty large, artwork is adorable as are the little furniture pieces. We ordered a 4.5 inch handmade doll from Etsy, Wildflower Toys and it is PEEFECT! Our 6 year old granddaughter is loving it and has spent hours playing with everything. And her brothers, 5 & 3, drive cars through it 😂.

Medium sized/ Perfect for younger kids
We ordered this as a Christmas gift. Once it came in it was missing a piece. We reached out to the seller and had NO issues returning it and receiving the replacement shortly after. I will say it was definitely time consuming putting it together as it has a lot of pieces but overall it’s a cute medium sized dollhouse. My child loves it.

Easy to put together, daughter loves it
While the instructions could have been a bit clearer, I found it pretty easy to put it together even though I expected it to be a pain. The imagery is nice and my daughter is super excited and plays with it all of the time. The elevator is a bit tough to move up and down smoothly, but not a deal breaker

Good, but know this before hand….
If you aren’t good at putting things together, or find Ikea furniture to frustrate you, look elsewhere. Instructions makes some leaps, if you aren’t used to doing this sort of thing, may be frustrating. Engineering husband didn’t have any trouble, but that is literally his wheelhouse.Other call out, the furniture, the oven and toilet indicate they make noise, take them apart to put in batteries, only to find there is no noise making part inside. I suspect these furniture pieces were made for another brand, then the manufacture offered to Top Bright that decide to leave out to save money, which is annoying. I would have paid $$$ a little more to have it.

I highly recommend
It was very well packed I ordered it as a gift so they added a SAH Creativesbox so the original box was covered it gave it more protection as well in suggest doing this it’s not a extra cost. I also added in the delivery description to be careful fragile .I put it together with no help in 2hrs. I loved that it was pretty drilled holes made it easy to assemble. Ithe came numbered little stickers on each piece and the instructions had the numbers there was a few that didn’t match the pieces bUT not hard to see what pieces they were talking about. The only thing that did not fit well was the top rail no way to put a screw or make it stay put . I will cut off the bottom button things it has and glue the rail on the board. Another thing on the stairs when putting third floor make sure the stairs end is on top of the third board if not it will stay under and will push back I did that and to get it to how it needs to be I had to pull it out hoping and being careful the board didn’t break thankfully it didnt. Other than those 2 things it’s a great BEAUTIFUL doll house. I highly recommend! !!!!

Thank goodness for the assembly videos!
Let me explain my 4 star overall rating. I would have liked to see a 4 1/2 stars, but I couldn’t do it. The instructions were way too small, but the videos were very helpful. The assembly was a bit difficult, not so much because it was hard to build, but because in one case the wall separating the bathroom and the kitchen was backward and it didn’t fit into the slots provided (we made it work, I hope) and one of the screws didn’t work, so we found another around our house. Wish there were a few more pieces of furniture, but we can always purchase more it seems. The dollhouse itself is lovely. We give it to our 3 year old granddaughter today for her birthday and I know she will be so excited and want to play there all the time. The elevator is a bit difficult to move, but I am sure she will find a way. Overall I would recommend this dollhouse. It is a little girl’s dream house. . . She loved it and played in it the rest of the night. The next morning she was back at it before breakfast. Can’t beat that testimonial .

Intimadating at first when you look at directions
I bought this for my 3 year old granddaughter. It was a little difficult to put together based on the pictures but I laid out all the pieces in number order and went slowly. A few screws didn’t feel tight and I will add some glue to parts of the roof and staircase which are wobbly. The biggest disappointment is the elevator. It is hard to slide. I will try some Vaseline to see if it helps. The rest feels sturdy and it’s very pretty. Not sure if the toy toilet is supposed to make a noise. It’s confusing. All in all for $85 I think it looks nice.

Good for the price
For the low price point the quality is comparable. This is not a fancy perfect doll house, but for a little girl who won’t mind a few imperfections it’s perfect! Super cute just my adult eyes have to look past the unhidden screws and ruffled cardboard trimmings.

Pretty good product
It is super cute once you put it together and the furniture that goes in it is really cute. The husband complained about what a pain it was to put it together, but he eventually got it done. There was a little crack in ours at the bottom of the wall, which I was disappointed in. Overall, it will serve its purpose.

Overall Great Dollhouse
The dollhouse is great overall. It only took and hour and a half to put together with a power drill. It’s wood so it’s very sturdy. A few cons are the plastic pieces that comes with it. The stairs needed an extra hole that I had to drill in myself —thankfully there were extra screws. And the rail that separates the stairs and the “room” didn’t fit in the holes. So it’s removeable when it shouldn’t be. Other than that, I had no issues at all. Great doll house. (:

This is a great dollhouse. Somewhat labor-intensive to put together. Am missing one sticker on roof dormer window (part no. 21) but cannot find an email address for the manufacturer. Has anyone had to contact manufacturer that might help me with contact info? Bought this from SAH Creativesbut am out of the 30-day return window for them to help.

It’s a great dollhouse but it took several hours to assemble. There are many parts to this dollhouse – MANY PARTS!At some point during assembling, you’ll need another person to assist.
