Best Early Mother’s Day Gift
Absolutely LOVE these Birdie houses! I didn’t paint them. I wanted them natural looking so they blend in my magnolia tree. I faced them towards the house so the kitties could enjoy them too. If you use a power drill please be careful. While attaching the perch, it split the wood for the door. I hand to hot glue it back together. Still Lovely and doing the job. Will def buy more of these for the back yard.

birds not interested
Birds never once used it. Disappointing. I have lots of birds that come daily to eat who have been losing habitat due to trees aging out and being chopped due to electric company hack artists protecting the power lines.

Bluebird nest!!
I put this up about a month ago in early March just for fun. I noticed a lot of birds around and inherited a feeder so I placed this on a nearby tree just to see what would happen. Just checked today and there’s a nest with tiny blue eggs inside! I honestly wasn’t sure if it would be used by anyone but it’s already going to be a home for a little bird family and I’m so excited. Based off of my extensive research (googling for 5 minutes), it’s a bluebird nest!! Super cool!!

Had tenants within a week of hanging
I received this bird house and hung it up the weekend after unboxing it. It is well made and comes with the screw needed to hang it. By the time the next weekend rolled around, there was already a family of birds nesting in this house. Hung it in a tree right by the back porch to bird watch all summer long, love it!

Didn’t work for me
I don’t ever leave negative reviews. I prefer to focus on the items I really liked, and leave the others alone. But I really wanted to leave my impressions in the hope that it might help the manufacturer in some way, or better guide the consumer so that they’re not disappointed with their purchase. This birdhouse is VERY cute, and well-made. I really wanted to like it. However, the hole is just not big enough for birds to get to their food — in my opinion. I’m very new to the whole bird-feeding thing, so maybe I’m missing something here, but I just don’t see how a bird could possibly eat out of this. I never had one even come near it. In fact, I had to unscrew the front lid to try to at least make the food accessible to them. Anyway, if you know that what you want is a small opening, then don’t hesitate to buy it. Like I said before, it’s a very nice birdhouse. If, however, you’re looking for a bigger opening, this might not be the one for you.

Bluebird house
This is a very good bird house and it smells like cedar so I’m happy with that. The only issue there is no ventilation holes other than the whole that the birds enter in. So you will have to drill some holes on the sides of it. So there is ventilation just make them small. It is a nice birdhouse but it isn’t deep enough for bluebird! If that bothers you, do not buy this one.

I purchase this to put on our large tree. It is made well and works perfect. It should be easy to clean. It came with a screw, but it wasn’t long enough to go in our tree due to the rough bark. Simple fix.

No ventilation, No fledgling Kerfs
It is cute and well made. I had to make the fledgling Kerfs so baby birds can climb out when it is time to leave the nest. Another important thing no air flow or drainage in the bottom if rain gets in. I had to drill my own holes both top and bottom. It is just easier to pay a few more dollars and get a bird house that already has these important things built in.

Cute little bird house
We purchased this little bird house when we noticed we had blue birds around the yard. Put it up and within a day we had the cutest little residents. It’s been so fun to watch and they’ve already had babies. It’s been very sturdy as we had some windy days.

Missing piece
The ONLY problem I have was there was one little part missing in one of the bird houses which is not a huge deal but it still wasn’t complete. Other than that I love them and I’m giving one to my daughter as she has Cardinals laying eggs ( and hatching ) but some predator has eaten the newborn baby birds. So sad. Hoping this will help.

It’s Beautiful!
So glad I chose this birdhouse. It’s beautifully made, true craftmanship. The roof has the look of shingles and the light wood burning applied makes the grain stand out. Love the simple door opening – it will make quick work of cleaning the inside at end of season. Even if the birds don’t appreciate it it will be a wonderful addition to our landscaping. And this is a perfect gift for my bird loving sister-in-law so I guess I’ll be ordering another one!

Put this up and a pair of bluebirds starting nesting in it the next day. They would have liked the hole to be a tad bigger but they found a way to make it work. Smaller birds will love it, they just got to it first.
