Don’t get it !
If I wasn’t in a rush to get my kids in a bed. I would have definitely returned this. And I normally would not write reviews but boy this one of them things that need a review. All the poles that go in the bracket part to keep the mattress afloat were extremely long. We would be scraping the sides just so they could get in. We were missing poles missing tools/material. And some tools didn’t even fit we had to figure out ourselves how we would make it fit. I would never ever buy again. I don’t even know if I trust my kids sleeping on this piece of crap. Absolutely garbage. And mind you it wasn’t just me it was more than one of us trying to understand and when you think you got it, it didn’t work per the instructions.

Cracked bed base board
Not happy while I’m still unpacking the boxes to see this base board for the bed cracked. We’ll see what else. However, it does look nice and solid. A lot of pieces to put together. But that baseboard upsets me with no clear way to get a replacement part.

Cost effective but you get what you pay for.
The product was fairly inexpensive and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The no added shipping cost was a bonus. But….. the instructions are somewhat lacking and the quality of construction is mid. The tolerances on the guide holes are so-so, and several of the woodscrews used for the head/foot boards would not actually bite into the wood. This left them just spinning and effectively rendered them useless minus the cosmetic aspect. Still, for the money, and the fact that my kids will wear it out in probably 2-3 years, it’s not a terrible purchase.

Cracked steps on arrival
We love the look of the bunk beds. I am a bit concerned due to two of the ladder step surfaces were cracked when they arrived and have since cracked more. I have tried making contact with the manufacturer but have not been able to contact a single person that can help us with this issue. I am leaving a review hoping they will reach out to correct these issue. My children love the bed and the cracks in the two steps are at not fault of theirs. Thank you if someone reaches out.

Very Sturdy. Count the screws before you start
Instructions were pretty easy to follow. We did bot get enough screws to complete the bed and had to go buy more. Very frustrating when you arent given the correct amount.

Buy a better one
Don’t waste your money it serves its purpose, but the instructions were mislabeled and extremely difficult to understand its a basic printout stapled together and labeled wrong, the prices are terrible to build, my 220 lb kid bent the bottom bunk when it supports 350 I should’ve just spent more and got a better one

Not worth it
Bought this for my 3 kids to have a separate place to sleep. It’s less than a year old and already falling apart. The screws don’t stay in it. The metal supports on the bottom bed has already bent beyond repair. It says the bottom beds hold 350 pounds each but the supports bent with me sitting on it and I am only 200. Not worth the money to buy it.
