DO NOT BUY!
Someone wasn’t doing a quality check on this one! The backing comes with these tabs that turn into slots on the frame to hold everything in. It did not have the tabs on two sides, so when I pulled it out of the packaging, it all fell apart landing on the table. Thank God the glass didn’t break, so I returned this ASAP. Plus, it looked like it was made out of pressed paper – so cheap! A lot of things are being made with pressed paper nowadays, and they will never say that in the description.

Disappointed
It’s been such a hassle. They send me ones that don’t match and the quality is awful on some of them. It’s strange, like there’s two different kinds. I was trying to get (4) matching frames for my wall collage. It’s not working and I’m tired of sending them back to receive more that won’t work. Waste of money.

Item came damaged
The item is nice but it came damaged on the back where the clips push in to the wood. This was for an event/gift so I gave it to the individual. I took pictures. Not sure if refunds work

Horrible quality. Arrived with completely shattered glass. Cut myself on the glass opening. A hazard. Do NOT recommend. And of course to receive a refund I had to REPACKAGE broken glass and get it all over my counter.

Watch the size
Bought the 3 4×6 frame. Love the frame but the size of the pic you see is not 4×6. You actually see a little bigger than 3×5 area so print your 4×6 accordingly. It is a sturdy frame and I would buy again.

Dark brown and yellow/white
One of the frames I received was broken, so I am returning them. I have pictures to show the difference in the style of frame that you see online, and the one that was sent to me. The inside wood is a dark brown instead of a light brown, and the slats are painted with a yellow tint, instead of white. I was trying to match the Mainstays frames from Walmart, since they will not ship those. I thought that I found the perfect frame, but I will have to keep looking. In the photos, the Mainstays frame has the lighter wood and white finish. On the plus side, glass was included instead of plexiglass.
