Seems like a good value for the money; nice wood, well finished and good looking face that’s not cheap-looking. Quartz works keeps perfect time. A little hard to set time since pendulum is in the way.

Last minute rise –
Handsome clock
I bought this clock for my wife as a gift, and she loves it. It’s a good looking clock, and the inclusion of the engraving plate is good (but it’d be better if the cost of engraving was included . . .). My only dislike is that the pendulum goes back and forth at what seems to be an unnaturally fast speed because it is not attached to the actual mechanisms of the clock. If you’ve never had a non-battery powered clock in your house before, though, you probably would not notice this.Other than that, though, the wood quality is nice, and it in no way looks to be inexpensive. The back is a little cheaply put together, being removable pressboard, but this doesn’t really matter to me because you don’t look at the back.

Looks Great, Works OK
I love the clock, but it there seems to be a problem with the pendulum. The pendulum will work fine for a few hours then it sticks to the right and I have to bump the clock to reline it. While the pendulum does not effect the time keeping capabilities of the clock, which is perfect, it does effect the esthetics. I have not decided whether to return the clock and ask for a replacement.

This clock is elegant in appearance. The shape is what I needed for a table beneath a dutch painting. I have read reviews that say the face is only paper and the pendulum swings too fast. It is a mid-price clock. I have more expensive clocks. But my priority for this clock is that it looks extremely nice and it keeps very good time. If I needed more, I would pay for a more expensive clock. This clock is extremely good value for my needs.

Works great, looks great!
I love the way this clock fits on my fireplace mantel. It looks beautiful, keeps great time. Easy access to the battery. My only concern is it came with a gold bar, without instructions of what to do with it. The pendulum moves a bit too quickly, so I’m sure the bar has something to do with the pendulum, but I cannot figure out what. Still, I do love this clock.

I bought this lovely Bulova clock for my husband’s 65th birthday and he loved it. It came earlier than expected. It was purchased for Oct2nd and came a day early. there are absolutely no complaints about this clock. the pendulum swings as it should. Happy with purchase and most importantly, my husband is very happy.

Very nice looking clock
I wanted a wooden clock for my office that wasn’t too large but that looked nice and business-like. This one was a perfect size and is very attractive It was very easy to install the battery and the pendulum. The pendulum is weighted and substantial. It is covered with a piece of film so be sure to take that off before installing it. I am very pleased with this and enjoy looking at it in my office.

Beautiful Elegant Clock
Perfect height and proportion for my mantle. Just what I was looking for. The face is easy to read from a distance because of the black hands against the yellowed face. Classic elegant design, and the pendulum looks fine despite reviews saying it looks cheap. The pendulum does make a rhythmic sound that is only audible within a foot of the clock, so you might not want to use it on a nightstand close to your head.

Good clock but difficult to read
My only complaint is that the minute hand is to similar to the hour hand in length so it’s difficult to tell the correct time. I would suggest that the manufacturer either use lengths that are easier to allow for quick distinction between the two hands or redesign the hands that are used so that they are easier to distinguish.

Not very functional
It’s a good looking piece but nor very functional. When the minute hand and the hour hand meet, it drags the hour hand forward and never keeps accurate time. The pendulum swings very fast and looks like it may fall off. Smaller than I thought.

Nice addition to my living room
I needed a clock for my living room. This was the perfect size for my fireplace mantel and the finish was reasonably close to my furniture. After using for 6weeks, the time is accurate, it looks fine and I have come to rely on it. Glad I bought it. Well worth the money at least to this point

I like this maker’s clocks!
I had bought my wife a Howard Miller grandfather clock years ago. A beautiful and dependable addition to our home.The name is the reason I selected this clock as a gift for my wife.Shipping was spot on and product arrived in working order.The only reason I didn’t give it the fifth star? I had the ‘impression’ that it was a lot larger when ordering. It is small. I had intended it as a mantle clock but…my wife loves it and has found the perfect place for it.

Cheap components but solid look
The pendulum of the clock of basically golden foil which was surprisingly low quality given the price of the clock.Other than that it looks good – also be aware that it does have a slight ticking sound but nothing too loud.

Appealing and Reliable Time Keeping
The clock maintained perfect time for months with the same battery and the pendulum was rapid. The design is modest and appropriate for wood night stands and other furniture and the nameplate is very lustrous and mounts with adhesive. However, the battery compartment and motor were not secure and could easily shift inside the clock.

This little clock is just lovely. The case is well done and looks expensive. The most important plus is that it keeps perfect time. I have had it for approximately one month and am very pleased with it. A good value.
