Great chair but assembly instructions are terrible.
This is a great looking chair – much less expensive than many we looked at but of course you have to assemble it yourself. . Purchased for my husband’s office and it fits the decor well. Brown is much darker than I expected but still works within the design scheme. Sits a little lower than the other chairs in our home. Comparison info on SAH Creatives’s website said Material types is leather but in description it says it is faux leather. Comes in 5 pieces. Instructions appear to have been written by someone who doesn’t communicate in English well. Great lack of detail and pictures are almost more confusing than helpful. We ended up just figuring out most of it on our own. The lack of proper instruction/support is absolutely a negative for this chair.

Great value, comfy, solid.
This is a tremendous value for money, very dark brown that looks almost black until its put together next to the frame. Easy build once you decipher the instructions of course. Very solid, comfy enough for watching a movie and does not creak. Synthetic leather feels great. It is a touch lower than your average chair but that’s perfect for my mancave where its placed.

More plushing, less hollow please.
This chair was easy enough to assemble. Maybe took 45 minutes. The bottom cushion could absolutely use more stuffing to make it more plush, as it is. This chair gets uncomfortable after about 1 hour of sitting.

Looks classy and is comfortable
Looks classy. It’s comfortable. I sit in it for reading sometimes. Looks like real leather. Many compliments on it. Assembly was okay – instructions not great but I have put a lot of furniture together so no problem. Note that bottom seat cushion has Velcro under it that you need to peel back for step one of assembly. Make sure you tighten all the bolts well, if you do chair feels super solid. It looks like a more expensive chair than it is.

It looks nice and is comfortable enough.
i quite like how sturdy the chair is, as well as the ease of construction. It was perfect for what I needed it for, I needed it for added seating for guests who visit my studio, it is comfortable enough but not so comfortable that people linger to long

Looks pretty. Great price.
It took me at least 30 minutes to realize you need to open the bottom of the cushion you sit on. – it is fabric, attached with velcro. And it is hollow. Lol. After that it was easy to put together. 🙂 looks nice. It is not damaged in any way! Thank you.

It’s cheap for a reason
Thanks to this chair, I have learned that prefabricated furniture from Malaysia is worse than prefabricated furniture from China. Which is quite sad. I’m giving this piece 2 stars because it is actually comfy. It is a bit firm, meaning you’re not going to sink into it. That might be a plus or minus giving your taste. Also note the instructions. That’s it. There’s very little text. Sure, it’s a chair. You just screw it together. But still.Plus, those photos that have chunks of wood torn out of them? That’s thanks to 1). The arms being mislabeled as right and left (they had them opposite) and 2). That screw isn’t needed and the company didn’t even DRILL the hole all the way through. You have to do that. The assembly took at least twice as long because I was just winging most of it and judging the quality. If you got the money, buy a better chair. If you don’t, just hide the wood tearing from guests.

Great chair and a good price!
We were unsure about this chair if we would like the look or not but we have not been disappointed! It is much sturdier and more comfortable than we assumed it would be. The look is perfect and modern. We purchased it for my husband’s office and it has quickly become his favorite place to read or work on his laptop.

It is very sturdy and looks nice
Same as the loveseat I bought to go with for our lobby. The seat is very low to the ground. An average man has to “drop” into the chair. It is very sturdy and looks nice, but buyer read the height and observe the photo.

Great chair!
Ordered two of these for my living room and I have received numerous compliments. Definitely has a mid-century aesthetic and the faux leather materiel is great quality and not cheap looking whatsoever. Definitely great for conversational seating layouts.

The chair looks great. I’d give more stars BUT the assembly instructions are the WORST!!! The manufacturer should seriously reconsider updating their assembly instructions.

Fashionable chair for any living room or study
Looks GREAT in our living room. Don’t listen to the haters, was very simple to put together. Just be aware of the orientation of arm chairs. Didn’t give it a 5/5 because the back of the chair doesn’t have enough cushion. But overall great chair. Worth the $$

I wanted to love it…
Beautiful chair. Nice fabric. Nice style. Nice wood and finish. The problem was that the seat was only 15” off the ground. Every time I walked by it, it reminded me of a kids chair. So I sent it back. Make a taller version and I’d be sold.

Sit low
I really like the look of these chairs. They sit in my waiting room and I get a lot of compliments on them. I’m not sure they’d be great for long term sitting in an actual living area but they suit my purpose well. They do sit low to the ground however do keep that in mind

Smaller than expected,but satisfied
Used these chairs for a waiting area, wish they were an inch maybe more like 2 taller and wider, but over all it’s sturdy , and easy to assemble, looks great as well over all a strong 8 out of 10 due to price .

Sturdy and nice color
Gorgeous. Low to ground though. Look pretty nice in the space for the low price. Really nice walnut tone. Leather isn’t too shiny. I’ll note- these chairs are not made for comfort lol, the are very firm, but with an accent pillow they’re supportive, and they’ll do. Seriously nice looking….

It’s ok
Directions for assembly are horrible. And there were certain holes that were not drilled through as they were supposed to be. It’s it’s low to the ground. Are use it as an accent chair in my bed room. Perfect for putting on a pair of shoes, but I don’t think I would sit in for a comfortable reading chair.

Difficult to assemble but should not have been.
Difficult to assemble but should not have been. There are two bolts the 40 mm that do not want to go in took a half an hour to get them both in. I had to undo other bolts I previously put in an order to massage this piece into a place where it would go. There was a small Nick on one of the arms and one of the wooden plugs was too small went all the way in the hole and it will never come out. In addition the left and right arms were marked right and left they were opposite which is not that big of a deal but the sticker they use to mark the left and right has a strong adhesive which makes it difficult to get off. See all of these in the photos. Quality control is lacking but it’s a decent looking chair and the price is right.

Nice looking chair if you know how to put together furniture
It’s a very nice looking chair, appears to be much more expensive than it is. Two drawbacks. First, the assembly instructions are basically a series of very baffling drawings with no text. It’s not readily apparent what you’re supposed to do but it’s a simple construction that can be figured out if you’ve done something like that before. Also, the wooden dowels for the center brace piece below the seat didn’t fit in the holes and had to be discarded but it’s still sturdy without them. Second, it’s Scandinavian and so I guess people there must be short because it sits very low to the floor which gives it an odd look like it’s for kids or something.

A Good Addition to the Room
Pros: The chair is well built and sturdy. The wood parts are smooth. Easy to clean. looks nice in my office.Somewhat Cons: The “dark-brown” color appears more like black color, and it is a relatively low chair to seat on, which serves for children and adults (who do not have arthritis).————————————————————-Considering that the seat is a faux leather, I am okay to have chosen a chair that one will not sink on its seat because it is made with little flexibility, so I expect that it will not wear out easily.A photo of Baxton chair placed next to another accent chair, might give customers an idea of the seat height:Braxton seat height is 15 inches compare to 18 inches of the other chair. I took the measures from the floor to the seat cushion.

Decent chair for the price but ordered twice and never did get one able to assemble properly.
The media could not be loaded.
Chair is decent for the price but in the two I received they both had issues with construction. The first one in the back of the chair where the bolt attached the back of the arm to the back cushion of the chair (pointed to at beginning of video) there was no attachment to screw into inside of the back of the chair so the bolt could not be fastened. I returned that one which in a couple of weeks I did receive a refund.I ordered another one and under the seat where you fasten a bolt into the arm of the chair it did not have a hole drilled in the arm or anything to attach the bolt to. I just used screws and screwed it on through the wood without the bolt and it seems like it will hold OK. Did not want to take the time to return it and take a chance on another one since this time it was something that looks like I could fix OK and I needed the chair for use. Be prepared for issues if you order and possibly returning it to get one that can be put together.

Quality materials and build, but smaller than expected.
These very fine quality chairs are an absolute beauty. They are constructed with very nice materials and fit the template perfectly when assembling. They don’t make you tug and push and pull and get creative during assembly which was a breeze for me. They were a great addition to my office, but are much smaller than I anticipated. They’re not wish app small, but they are small.

I love this set
I bought the whole set and couldn’t get the chair but in this brown cause everyone was out of stock of the black. There is no difference between this and the black set but the stitching is definitely brown if you look up really close and wonder about it. So happy it worked out, it’s comfy and I love it. This also came earlier than it said which was a plus.

Chair is great good to have two people assemble
I love this chair however assembly was a bit of challenge. At one point I wanted to throw the chair through a window. Good directions in all but one of the holes not evenly milled. It is very important to not tighten everything until all the pieces are in place, especially the front cross piece. But after you get everything in place it tightens nicely and chair is secure. As other reviewers have stated this chair is lower than average but not a problem.

Good Chair, Easy Setup, But One Tip to Remember
I bought a “used-like new” product and I’m so glad I did. It’s a good, sturdy chair. The setup is a little tricky, but not so difficult that I couldn’t put it together. Just take your time and follow the directions and don’t let it beat you.One tip, don’t forget to place the block with the dowels in the ends on top of the fabric flap beneath the chair. Otherwise, you’ll have to disassemble the entire product to fix it. When you get to that part, just take note of it and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Hey! Nice chair overall, good luck with it!
