Great for nursery
I have used these shelves in a different stain in 2 different rooms. These fit perfectly in our nursery. (Not the decor we chose for the shelves but it was right after they had been put up). Easy to install, sturdy enough to hold light weight decor.

These require additional support for keeping them flush to the wall. Otherwise they eventually slide on the pegs.

They work well…
…and were easy enough to install (although it’s helpful to have a second person helping). Like many other reviews, they don’t lay flush against the wall. It was also hard for us to have the shelf be a complete 90 degree angle with the wall. We tried everything but finally gave up (it’s not that noticeable). Maybe our wall is crooked. Anyway, still totally worth it and would recommend. Just expect some work to get them hanging.

I have not installed these yet, they are for a client of ours. We did take a peak, I did assume them to be a little thicker but they are okay, we will make them work. The quality seems nice and there were no dents or issues that we had seen, but we only opened 1 box

Good looking & sturdy
The width between the brackets on each shelf was the same as my studs, so one screw for each bracket went directly into a stud. I didn’t trust the drywall mount they provided so I used my own & it seems sturdy on first installation. Pretty satisfied.

Great shelves
These shelves were exactly what I wanted . Husband installed them with no problems at all. Probably 15 minutes total. They did have a chemical smell to them but it faded pretty quickly after they were installed. Super happy with the turn out!

Initial issues but now am extremely pleased
Updated, read below:Shelves arrived promptly after ordering. Shelves look good, could still smell the stain when opening but for me that’s a non issue. First shelf installed flawlessly. Second shelf had the mounting pole snap simply from screwing it onto the wall. I didn’t put any pressure on it and it just fell off the plate. It looks inferior but maybe it’s just a dud. I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt for now. Overall I’ll be extremely pleased with these if they send a replacement and it works as it should.UPDATE:Seller responded promptly, and said the mount was mailed the following morning from initial review. Got it, and was packaged well like the other pieces. Kudos to seller for spending $8 just to promptly ship the part to me.The shelves look amazing. The second shelf was a tad loose on the mounts, so I put a few pieces of painter’s tape on the poles to firm up the shelf. Worked great!These look great in my space and hope to enjoy them for many years to come.

These are beautifully made, gorgeous color… since one went in the kitchen and one the bathroom I sprayed them with a water protectant before installing, so I just wish they came with that, but other than that I love them and will probably buy more!

Pay attention to the hole lineup on the back of the shelves.
The holes on 2 shelves did not line up properly with each other but we didn’t realize it until we had leveled the brackets, put the shelf on, noticed the tilt. Also, the wall anchors for drywall installation (with no wood to bite into) do not hold well. They don’t grab the dry wall they simply go straight in so they’re easy to pull down-don’t put too much weight on drywall only shelves.They are nice looking once up but not so sure they are designed quite right for all applications. Plus the hole line up needs to be checked before packaging! We had to play around with them quite a bit to get them on their good enough to hold anything and to be sure they’re straight.

Love these!
These floating shelves are nice,thick, and sturdy. They were a little tough to get centered when drilling holes in the wall. But after we got the centering figured out the second one was easy to put up. I can tell that these are not going to fall, and they could hold something heavy. The length and width to them are very nice. I wish they made these in like 69 inches long, I would do buy them. I would definitely recommend!

Great shelves, even better customer service
I’ve tried a few different floating shelves, but I’ve been blown away by these. They look great and are extremely sturdy. Even more impressive, when I had an issue with the mounting bracket, the company sent me a new one immediately, free of charge to me (it wasn’t free to them because the shipping alone on their end was $10!). Really impressed with this company.

Beautiful but has cons
The shelves are beautiful. They don’t sit perfectly flush to the wall though. One of my brackets came slightly bent. After multiple attempts to contact customer service no one ever responded from the company. And I bought 4 shelves! 💸

Impossible bracket design
Each shelf comes with 2 separate hanging brackets making it virtually impossible to line them up and get the shelf level and straight. Each shelf should have come with 1 long bracket with both steel prongs attached to it. That way the prong positioning is exact and all you would have to do is level the bracket. But because of the 2 piece bracket system, I wouldn’t purchase these again.

Mounting holes were not level!
Floating shelf brackets must be mounted level. I did so, however, when I measured the holes that the brackets were inserted into, they were not even. This threw the shelves out of level. A manufacturing error! Very annoying

If you want them to be level you might have to work at it
The end result looks nice…after a lot of adjustment. There were also several obstacles:The paper mounting template included is the width of the space around the mounting brackets when they are installed, not the size of the shelf (which is a few inches wider). The directions do not warn of this. I was mounting next to a wall so I needed to measure and add paper to one side to make sure I didn’t put the mounts too close.The self tapping screw-in drywall anchors easily drift out of position even if you are careful, making things out of level. I recommend going out to buy ribbed plastic drywall anchors and ditch the self tapping ones included. You will need to drill holes, but you’ll be able to make sure they go where you want them (and you won’t make huge ugly holes in your drywall). My delivery was short one of the drywall anchors.The holes that were drilled into the back of the shelf where the mounting poles go in were not vertically centered, so the shelf was not level when I installed it – even though the mounting brackets were.The connection between the mounts and shelf are not very snug and wiggle quite a bit (but at least this gave me the opportunity to MacGyver the shelf into level without having to mess around with the mounts too much).There is no space carved out of the back of the shelf to make room for the mounting brackets to hide, so the shelf sticks out from the wall the thickness of the mounting plate.At the end, after a lot of adjustment the shelves are level and look pretty good. For the most part the price made up for the frustration. Good luck!

It doesn’t stay straight.
I installed these shelves in 2 of my bathrooms and have the same problem- they do not sit straight. One of them the metal pin that goes inside the shelf broke out of nowhere. The company was nice to replace it, but still the shelves do not sit straight, so small things fall easy from it.

Stunningly perfect and sturdy!
Absolutely stunning! Designers dream at a happy client’s purchase price!These shelves are deeper and much sturdier than others that I have purchased. Plus, they’re straight (vs slightly twisted/warped), solid wood. The finish is even and smooth and the stain is a true walnut brown.However, it’s needs to be noted that the ends have a heavy wood grain. If your style isn’t rustic, the dark stain helps make it look more classic/elegant. Plus, if it’s mounted where you can’t see the ends…problem solved!The recommended max weight is likely more than I’ll ever be able to put on it (and from the looks of this design, I tried)!Would recommend for libraries, kitchens, bars, bathrooms (even above toilets), bedrooms…you name it, there’s a use for them! If you don’t like the colors offered, they even come ready-to-stain. Although, I don’t think the price for that product is appropriate given the amount of work and materials you’d need to put in. I’d go elsewhere for an unfinished product, unless they lowered the price.Overall, fantastic product and price!! I’ve bought several of these!

Easy to install
Very easy to install. The only issue is that even with the brackets perfectly level the shelf still slants down a little bit because there’s a slight angle on the metal insert. Also not flush against to the wall because of the bracket thickness. I’m a little hesitant with it because i ordered these for behind the bar but for now looks good. Will update review if anything doesn’t hold up.

Do the shelves have a freshly stained smell? Yep! Did it bother anyone at all? Nope! If you’re sensitive to smells, just let them air out for a few days and you’ll be just fine! I saw lots of reviews saying it ripped their walls, so I installed my shelves the WRONG way. With the brackets how they’re supposed to be, you’re not really going to be hitting a stud. My solution? Install them vertically instead so that both screws are perfectly centered in the vertical stud. Yes, you can see the bracket a little bit (see pic), but to me that’s worth it for a totally sturdy shelf! I love them and can’t wait to change the decor with the seasons 🙂

Great rustic looking shelves
Rustic shelves. Rough cut, walnut. They’re lightweight but sturdy with the brackets supplied. Easy to install with template. 4 stars as wood had a lot of knots in it (more then I would expect for rustic) and one board was 1/4” shorter then the other one. From a distance you can’t notice it. Overall great product though
