It does rock, which is great! Adjustable, but not that much.
Overall, it’s a good product and I do not regret buying it – definitely an improvement over my previous fixed kneeling chair or my traditional chairs. I already feel it improved my posture and is helping me keep my core active, which is also a wonderful benefit. Another positive aspect is that the chair looks really good. There are a few things that could be improved, though:- The cushion foams lose their shape rather quickly, and are a bit tough, so you get some discomfort after sitting for a few hours. My recommendation would be to apply a higher density to preserve the shape and a softer comfort layer on the top.- While the manufacturer state the chair has an adjustable height, it is not quite that. For a kneeling chair, the angles between the knee pads and the seating pad are very important, and there is no way to adjust the height without altering the different angles, so I am currently using the chair at a height that is inadequate for me because if I try adjusting the height, I lose the right angle that brings me the comfort and ergonomy I need. I had the chair delivered to Brazil, if that was not the case, I’d probably return it and pursue a different alternative. Instead, I’m probably gonna drill some extra roles myself to allow the level of adjustment I need.

This chair might just be a winner…
I bought this chair because the Fortune 500 big tech overlords for whom I work decided it would save the company a bunch of money on rent if workers would just permanently stay home and work remotely. This left me with a mediocre chair at home suddenly becoming the chair that I sat in for 9 continuous hours of work. Back and neck problems naturally became part of my life in the following months. One option was to go ahead and buy one of the $1000+ ergo chairs that we used to have in the office, but that would also require the purchase of an adjustable height desk for around the same amount of money.I have the same cheap taste in furniture (IKEA) as whoever made the ad campaign or this chair. Seeing the familiar white desk in the ad, I decided to try out this new chair concept.I sit on this thing for an hour at a time, and then I get up to stretch. So far, no knee pain.-Be sure to use all of the adjustment features until you find a setting that you like.-The chair seems more comfortable when you rest your knees on the lower pad versus trying to rest your shins there.-The rocking motion is perhaps this chairs best feature.-The chair sits slightly higher than a standard office chair, so…-To take full advantage of this chair, without messing up your neck, I highly recommend getting a monitor arm that allows you to raise the height of your monitor.-Thus far the cushions have been quite decent, though I am not sure how they will stand up over time.I am 185cm tall (6’1″). The IKEA desk in the photos stands about 70cm high. In order for my monitor to be directly in front of my face (so that I do not have to look down at it, causing neck pain) I had to raise the monitor to a height where the bottom of the monitor is 35cm above the desk surface. In short, if you are a taller person, this chair will put you at a height that is higher than a normal chair on a normal setting might. You’ll need to compensate for that unless you plan on straining your neck to look downwards at your notebook or monitor. If you have using this chair to do non-computer work, such as studying, you won’t have to worry about this.As mentioned by other reviewers, the assembly instructions are extremely basic. However the pamphlet has a QR code on it, which you can scan using your cellphone’s camera, and which will lead you to an assembly video. If you are the type of person who has difficulty with elementary level geometric puzzles, I suggest watching the assembly video. The average person will obviously find this chair to be less comfortable than an expensive gaming chair or ergo office chair, but comfort isn’t the goal with this chair. Therefor, if you are a parent trying to limit your kids PC times, this chair might actually help with that. Likewise if you are a person trying to cut back on PC screen time, you might want to buy this chair. After a long day of sitting up in the correct posture, I want nothing more than to go sit on the sofa, away from the PC, and if that makes sense to you then this chair just might be a winner.——————-Update after 10 days of continuous use: Experiencing knee pain at this time. Back pain from previous office chair has been reduced, probably thanks to this chair. Knee pain for the first time in my life, so the point where it hinders my daily walks/jogs. I recommend this chair for short term use only, with a suitably high desk. Slight abdominal burn after using it for a week, thanks to boredom and the chair’s ability to rock back and forth. A nice mini abdominal workout.

Comfy, and an ab workout!
I just got the chair today and put it together fairly quickly on my own. The video instructions are helpful if you have any questions. As someone who was almost constantly sitting on my feet as a child but can’t sit like that for long anymore, this is an incredibly comfortable chair. It already feels like my back is in a better position, and the only reason I’ll probably have to switch back and forth between this chair and a standard one for the first few days is that it’s really fun to rock in and my abs are already starting to hurt. 😆I’m sure you’ll have to give your shins a break every so often, but as long as you aren’t resting on your actual kneecaps, it doesn’t feel like it’s going to cause knee pain (I will update if it does). The only other possible concern is that the top portion with the seat can move a little from side to side, but the wood feels strong enough that I don’t think it will be an issue. If you’re looking for a chair that will help your posture and keep you from hunching over all day, this is a great option!

The best chair ever!
I love this chair. It is very stable. Has a slight rock. Just enough for getting up and not tripping over yourself. Great for my hips and upper body posture. It was very easy to put together. I built it by myself in 10 minutes. It also came with a two delightful surprises: a journal with a pen and a wooden phone stand. Easy to adjust the seat and the knee cushions.

Perfect for the restless in all of us
We purchased this chair for our college student who struggles with finding a comfortable study/homework position. The kneeling position works well for her and the slight rocking motion is an added benefit. She assembled the chair quickly and loves it so much it’s the only chair she has in her college room. It’s sturdy and a great way to ease the restlessness of long study sessions.

Easy assembly
Quick and easy to put together. I did it alone in about 15 minutes. The one I received was definitely a return, which is annoying, but what can you do? I think I need to adjust the height a bit, but so far it’s comfortable!

Fits better than expected
I’m 5’1″ and I was worried that the chair would not be tall enough to comfortably sit at my desk, but it’s perfect! I definitely feel the difference in my posture, I don’t find myself slouching or hunching over the keyboard. My doggie however is not very pleased that she will no longer be able to share a seat with me :-)Assembly was fairly easy, about 15 minutes from opening the box to having it fully assembled.

Seems really nice!
I put the chair together pretty quickly using the video in the instructions. I’m guessing it took about 20 minutes to put together. I sat in the chair for a few minutes, and I think my shins may need to get used to the pressure of sitting in this position because it wasn’t super comfortable, but it also wasn’t painful. I have faith that I will adjust and enjoy this chair though.

Great for posture and back pain!
I was a bit skeptical at first but so glad I gave this a try! I work from home and spend far too much time at my desk throughout the day, from the first day I could see a noticeable improvement, I am sitting up straighter and it’s making me feel so much better! Being able to rock a little bit back and forth helps me not feel as restless throughout the day, but the movement is small enough that I can still type/work without issue. Also, having an assembly video was super helpful! I am pretty notorious at not following instructions and having to rebuild things, but this was simple and easy so even I couldn’t mess it up! And even more fun, there were bonus adorable stickers which I added to my water bottle immediately!

Build is a little awkward
The adjustable height doesn’t seem to be worth what was a slightly annoying (clumsy) build process with poor written instructions. Not incredibly difficult or complicated but relatively awkward, and the design (weight bearing screws) feels questionable.

I love it nevertheless…
It was a bit of a pain… at one point I swore the holes didn’t line up well. I was wrong… really challenging tho. It could be more solid… I’m 5’5 and 170 right now… I feel like when I turn it squeaks in a way like its structure is being tested. It’s comfy for the position and all but the cushions are very good… 4 hrs. Max and I’m hurting… I’m in decent shape but still couldn’t do 8 hrs. Not sure if you have to build a tolerance or something. Basically, I wish it had better quality cushions. If you ever tried this style chair and like it then I recommend but if not you may not enjoy it as much.

Great customer service
Update:Customer service reached out and helped resolve my issue. I have updated my review to 5 stars for great customer service.Original review:After a few months of use the chair has become less stable, but is still holding up. I’m a buck ninety so I thought it would last longer than a few months before it started to degrade.

Quality Chair Quality

I am very impressed with this product. The product quality is excellent and I got a bunch of extras in the package, including some stickers. A nice letter from the company a very nicely done instruction, manual, and even a free gift, a solid wood phone holder for my desk. Instruction videos were also listed in the manual which helped tremendously. It was simple to put together and I’m looking forward to using it at my work desk. This is a quality product from equality company I would highly recommend purchasing one.

Easy to put together, and attention to detail is pretty great
This chair is a bit tall for a normal desk, but I do have a standing desk riser so I can sit and stand whenever, so adjusting my computer and monitor isn’t a big issue. The details on this chair are nicer than expected! The felt tape that goes on the bottom rails stops it from making noise when moving/rocking. The chair is a little large/tall, however the way it’s configured makes it easy to sit in different positions, and I like that you can change the angle of the sitting pad and the lower pad. The padding is firm, which is actually nice—I’ve had a similar chair with very soft padding, and over a longer period of time, firm is better and more supportive, IMO. Also, took me about 20 min to put together myself, if that. Directions were clear and it wasn’t hard.

Game Changer, Top Quality, Superb Customer Service!
I have tried every ergonomic design for my workstation, and this is the best solution by far. I have a very small apartment, so being able to use this as a chair and for yoga purposes is ideal. I was somewhat skeptical of the design, but in an instant, you can feel a shift in how your posture and form should be. I have to order a second one now, as my son has already claimed this one. And the customer service for this company is exemplary. Even if this product weren’t top-notch, I’d want to purchase from this vendor. Well done!

Back feels better
But my shins and ass get tired after an hour. I don’t like the material and wish it was softer. I’m 6’2” and feel like I don’t fit right on it. But I doubt any of the similar products will be a great fit for taller ppl.

Excellent quality chair.
This chair was a much better quality than I had expected. It was strong, with a nice finish and high quality seat and knee pads. It had the added feature of being able to easily adjust the angle of the pads to be more comfortable for you. Assembly was fairly easy but I urge you to scan the code they provide and watch the short Youtube video to fit the horizontal bars correctly. When tightened completely, it did not wobble as some others said.I had this style chair many years ago and I loved it. Now, unfortunately, my much older body rebelled. I just could not get used to it and had to return it. The company was extremely nice about returning it.

Sturdy, attractive little posture corrector
Quite pleased with this! Right out of the box it’s solid and feels sturdy. It came with a couple of extra pieces (bolt and washer), plus a few other extras (phone stand and a very pretty little journal with what looks like a woodturned pen). Directions are straightforward and the chair itself isn’t too difficult to put together. The only issues I ran into were that the chair pieces are all curves + angular pieces, and I only have two hands, so some pieces kept falling over on me while I tried to stick them in long enough to get the screws in. Still perfectly doable with one person, but a helper would make it easier. It does set you quite high – I’m going to need to raise my monitors so as not to be staring down at them. But that’s a fairly easy fix (certainly cheaper on so many levels than spinal surgery) and the chair itself is quite comfortable! My shins feel the pressure of my weight on them, but not in a way that feels damaging – more like they aren’t used to it – the cushions are thick enough that I’m not feeling any crossbars against my shins. I’ll mess with which angle I prefer and that will probably help a lot.Overall, I really like this little chair so far! It discourages me from leaning on my desk, which is my personal bad posture habit (slumped forward so my face is a foot from the screen and my entire upper body is leaning on my arms). I’ve had so many shoulder/arm/lower back issues from that and this chair discourages all that entirely, setting me up in a MUCH better position.

Easy build, takes getting used to, then comfortable for hours at a time
I got it to give myself some relief from the awful neck pain I’d get from always sitting wrong in conventional office chairs. With this, my head is balanced over my shoulders and spine – instead of hunched forward. The designer has a very helpful instructional video on how to put it together. Easy to build, done in 30-45 minutes or less. The ivory is a lovely color. Adjustable heights for both the seat cushion and the shin cushion.Takes a while to get used to. It’s not a lounge chair for all day passive sitting. Activating the core and taking breaks to stretch the legs is key. I’m experimenting with where to shift my weight, and right now what works best is more of it on the glutes and knees, much less on the shins. It flexes a little bit in the side to side direction, and that’s by design – says the creator. Some may find that unappealing. As someone who fidgets a lot, I like the extra degree of freedom. Good for folks with ADHD.For the price – a very good value. It doesn’t let me hunch my upper body forward, and is already saving my neck from cramps.

Helps my back greatly
If you sit on the bottom cushion and arch your back over the top, this chair will help stretch out your low back muscles, open up the space between your vertebrae, and put you back in alignment. This chair has helped me more than just about any other back treatment. Uncomfortable
The directions to put this chair together are terrible, but there’s not many pieces and it’s relatively easy to figure out. However, this chair is incredibly uncomfortable. My shins were sore after sitting on it for just a few minutes. It rocks, which is nice but it’s also too tall for my desk and I found myself hunching over in order to work which pretty much defeats the purpose of the chair.

Not very sturdy
I love the idea of this chair, but the company needs to work on their quality control. The cuts made for some of these pieces don’t match the angle of the board they get fastened to, so the pieces aren’t flush when they are secured together. The chair also twists when I move while seated. If I’m not cautious, I feel like the chair is going to twist, compress and break on me. I don’t know if this has to do with the cuts of the pieces lining up poorly or just the general design. I think a support board that goes at an angle creating a triangular support would make the chair a lot more sturdy.I am 6 foot and 180 pounds if that has any bearing on things.Outside of feeling a bit unsteady at times the chair is great. Cushions are comfy, the ability to adjust the angles of the cushions is great. The design of the chair has helped me with my back. I also appreciate their effort in using scrap pieces of wood cut into a phone/tablet holder as an added gift

Exactly what I needed!
This chair fixed my posture and completely cleared up my back pain. It’s not going to be comfortable for everyone, especially at first if you are not used to using the muscles that hold you up in proper posture. I use it whenever I am at my desk, which is sometimes longer than I want to be. I still rarely switch back to my old chair if I have to work through extreme exhaustion, because sitting “properly” is a bit of mild exercise in itself, but the result is that no slouching has completely removed all my chronic lower back pain. And it looks super cute in my office!

Could be Better
So I have had this chair for about a month now and overall all I’d say meh. If you wear shorts while sitting and you skin touches the fabric it’s not the best feeling so I’d say it’s better worn with plants as the fabric is a bit rough. Also my chair came with scratches on the wood they were minor so I kept it, but pretty annoying to get something brand new already damaged. Over all I’d say the chair fixed some of my posture issues, improved them for sure but it’s needs a little something for you back to rest on if you ask me

Fantastic chair
The chair is awesome. It is so comfortable and lets me move around while I am working, which keeps me focused on my work. My hips don’t get tight sitting in it either. I would definitely recommend it. But, expect to take a while when you build it. The edges are not at 90 degrees because of it’s shape, so you have to work little by little to get the screws all in to the same tightness.
