Shipping is free if your order includes at least the stated minimum threshold of eligible items and your shipping address is within 100 miles from our delivery point.
Generally, with free shipping, your order is delivered within 2 - 6 business days after all your items are available to ship for non PO/APO/FPO address. It may be longer for large bulky items including furniture. Please note that there will be an additional 1 to 3 days of handling time after placing successful orders. Returning Item :
Returns (regardless of reason) need authorization. Any returns due to buyer's remorse must be in the original package in re-sellable condition, returned within 14 - 28 days (depending on the item) of receipt and returned at buyer's expense. Refund will be given once package received back at the warehouse and determined in good condition. Please note that shipping fees for large items including furniture will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, including: personalized items, Custom or Made to Order Furniture, items purchased as final sale, store floor samples, live botanicals, cut yardage of fabric, and items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear. Shipping charges are not refundable. Other restrictions may apply.
Return/Exchange reasons can be and limited to:
- Item not Received: Your ordered item never received due to the reason it may got lost during shipment.
- Item not as Described: If your received item is different with what you ordered in respect to it’s color, type, size, and material. Please note that you need to provide the proof in this case.
- Received Item is Damaged: If you received your item is damaged, or faulty, you can apply for return. Please not that you must have a video proof of unboxing of your parcel as a proof.
Also, We ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Also, customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please note that our offer of Free Shipping does not cover shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges. These costs will apply to all products, including those initially shipped for free, and will be as outlined in our Shipping Rates & Policies page.
